Privacy Policy — The Lounge

Last updated: 2026. This is a plain-language template and not legal advice — have it reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.

The Lounge is a provably-fair game venue in Freelon City where you play with ⬡ HEX, an in-game currency with no cash value. We collect as little as possible.

1. What we handle
- A player id — a random id kept in your browser (localStorage), or, when you enter from Freelon City, your Freelon citizen id, used to hold your HEX balance, level, quests and rewards.
- Gameplay data — the games you play, bets, outcomes and HEX changes (all in-game currency), used to run games, rewards, leaderboards and Collection Wars.
- Wallet address — only if you connect a wallet, used to read which NFT collections you hold (for House Skins / citizen perks). We do not take custody of assets.
We do not collect government ID, do not run KYC, and do not process real-money payments — there are none.

2. How we use it
Only to operate The Lounge: run games and the HEX economy, keep your progress, prevent abuse/fraud, and (when integrated) sync HEX with Freelon City. We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising trackers.

3. Sharing
With Freelon City to sync your HEX and citizen perks, and with infrastructure providers that host The Lounge and (optionally) error monitoring. That's it.

4. Retention & your choices
In-game data persists while you play. You can clear your browser's localStorage to reset your local id at any time. Because there is no account, no real money and no PII collected, there is little to erase — contact us for any request.

5. Children
The Lounge is 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
