Terms of Use — The Lounge

1. What The Lounge is
The Lounge is the provably-fair game venue of Freelon City. You play in-house games for entertainment using ⬡ HEX, an in-game currency. By using The Lounge you agree to these Terms.

2. ⬡ HEX has no cash value
HEX is an in-game currency with NO cash value. It is not money, not a cryptocurrency token, not a security, and not an investment. HEX cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for money, crypto, or anything of monetary value through The Lounge. We make no promise, offer, or guarantee of any token, airdrop, or future value. HEX may be adjusted, expired, or reset at our discretion, and confers no ownership, equity, or entitlement.

3. No real-money gambling
The Lounge does not take real-money deposits or make real-money withdrawals, and does not offer gambling for money or anything of monetary value. Games are played with HEX for entertainment only. Because no real money is staked, no identity verification (KYC) is required to play.

4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use The Lounge. Do not use The Lounge where playing games of chance for in-game currency is restricted or prohibited. You use The Lounge in your personal capacity, for recreation.

5. Provably fair
Every game outcome is generated by a committed server seed (published as a hash before you play) combined with your client seed and a nonce, and can be independently re-verified after the fact using the public verifier. We do not alter outcomes after a commit is shown.

6. Play responsibly
Games are designed for fun, not profit — over time the house edge means you will lose more HEX than you win. Set limits, take breaks, and stop if it stops being fun. If gaming stops feeling like entertainment, step away and seek support from a responsible-gaming service in your region.

7. Fair use
Do not exploit bugs, automate play, run bots or scripts, create multiple identities to farm rewards, tamper with the client, or otherwise abuse The Lounge or its reward/referral mechanics. We may suspend access, void HEX, or reset accounts obtained or inflated through such conduct.

8. Availability & "as is"
The Lounge is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It is a demo/entertainment product and may change, pause, or reset (including balances) at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of HEX, progress, or availability.

9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change. Operated as part of Freelon City.
